Terms of service
Graded.Markets collects listings of vaulted, graded collectibles from several marketplaces and shows them in one place with our own value estimates. Using the site means accepting what follows.

What this site is
We are an independent aggregator and reference tool. We are not a marketplace, a broker, a dealer, an auction house, or an appraiser. We hold no inventory, take no payment, take no custody of any item, and are not a party to any transaction.
Every listing links out to the marketplace that published it. Buying, selling, delivery, authentication, custody, refunds, and disputes are entirely between you and that marketplace, under their terms.
No affiliation
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any marketplace, grading company, or rights holder whose names, marks, or products appear here. Those names are used only to identify what a listing is and where it came from, and remain the property of their owners.
Prices, values, and accuracy
Our fair-market-value figures are estimates. They are computed from market data and observed sales, described at how we price. They are not appraisals, valuations, guarantees of resale value, or offers to transact.
Listing data can be stale or wrong. We refresh on a schedule, so an asking price, availability, grade, or image here may differ from the marketplace. The marketplace is always authoritative. Check there before you buy.
Nothing here is financial advice. Graded collectibles are illiquid and volatile. We are not investment, tax, or legal advisers, and nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract the site, or use automated tools to harvest listings or value data;
- circumvent, probe, or overload our rate limits, or otherwise interfere with the service’s availability for others;
- republish or resell our value estimates or compiled listing data as your own product;
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone’s rights.
Normal browsing, and normal search-engine indexing that respects our robots directives, are of course fine.
Content and ownership
Listing content — titles, images, prices, and marketplace estimates — belongs to the marketplaces that published it and to the underlying rights holders. It is shown here for reference and attribution.
The compilation itself, our fair-market-value figures, our item matching, and the site’s design and code are ours. If you believe something here infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it promptly.
Availability
The site is provided as-is and as-available. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of it — including categories, listings, or value figures — at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that any particular listing will remain visible.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything shown here — including purchase decisions made on the basis of a value estimate, a stale price, or a listing that has changed or disappeared. Your remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the site after that means accepting the update.
